FAQ

Shipping & Returns

How much does delivery cost?

UK customers get FREE Delivery when spending £50 and over! Want tracking? No problem, add the option at checkout.

For international orders it's cheap as masala chips! A flat rate is charged worldwide - regardless of how many prints you buy.

FREE Shipping is also available for US and Canadian customers, please see the top banner for details in your location.

How long does delivery take?

All prints are made Fatafat to order and I only need 1 - 3 days to get your prints ready and packed for shipping.

In the UK, you can expect to receive your order between 5 - 9 working days.

Worldwide shipping varies but prints are typically delivered between 15 - 20 working days.

How are my prints protected?

For smaller prints, I use reinforced cardboard mailers that are rated for international shipping.

For larger prints, I use very strong cardboard print tubes. They are so strong that you can re-use them to play cricket or roll chapatis!

Tension not.

What is your returns policy?

I'm confident that you'll love your prints, but if for any reason you don't, you have 30 days to initiate a return.

Get in touch via email to begin your return.

The buyer is responsible for return postage.

What kind of paper is used?

All Giclée prints are made using 230 gsm premium matte coated paper which is especially chosen for its vibrant colour reproduction and fade resistance.

Limited and Special Edition prints use a range of premium materials, see individual listings for details.

Will my prints look the same?

Chokus! Every effort is made to ensure that our prints look just like the original artworks.

As every digital screen is calibrated to show colours slighty differently, it is impossible to have 100% colour accuracy, but I promise that you'll love the colours in your prints!

How do I look after my prints?

When you receive your prints, I'd recommend unpacking them carefully and framing as soon as possilbe.

Smaller prints will be delivered flat, whereas larger ones are rolled, and will need some time to flatten before framing.

And don't forget to wash your hands first if you've just been eating nashta!
